After spending the holiday with family rather than drive straight home I decided to make sure the Indianapolis Motor Speedway was still there

That makes me feel better. I’m an hour away and I’ve been to Indy so many times I couldn’t even begin to count and I’ve never been.

I was trying to convince my girlfriend that we need to have our wedding at the Pagoda(the smaller cheaper portion) and pay the extra $2k or so for a racing experience. That was a hell of a firm no. She wasn’t paying for a racing experience for other people haha.

I was there once as a kid when we drove down to the States on a family vacation! Pretty awesome place! Some of the drivers had real balls of steel to drive in those cars back in the day at the speeds they did...

That’s just how it is, I lived near the micro car museum for years and never made it before it closed and collection sold off.
